People put things on them, warm them up all sorts of shit.

WHAT THE FUCK

we think a type of person eats weetabix is a certain way. you could probably tell how they eat it from looking at / knowing them.


Ella would be a 'nibbler' - can't be arsed finding a bowl and like to graze and nibble things.
Jess would be a 'classic' - don't like the fuss, thinks it wouldn't be as good if tried something new
our housemate sion would be a 'shoveler' - he would probably mash it up so he can eat it as fast as possible and rush off to do more important things.
Emily would eat it 'warm' (&sloppy) - she would have it as a nightime craving and eat it whilst watching tv
G would have it dry and spread somthing on the top - usesup EVERYTHING in cupboards and can't cook
soph would have it with toppings - she would want to feel she has somthing more than everyone else
Tash would be a 'dunker' she experiments with things until she gets it perfect & wans control
Rach would be an 'accidental experimenter' - a clumsy sod who probably poured the orange juice on it instead or a tight arse like Lucas who would jut use whatever he had in the kitchen instead of going buying milk.

But what we realised after a lot of research is 

people are really into the consistency of their weetabix.

No matter if they put stuff on it or not.

And however you eat your weetabix 

you think your way is the best.

You either have it 

SLOPPY 

CRUNCHY 

or CLASSIC (half sloppy half crunchy)

- down to personal taste or 'what your brought up on'

And this consistency all comes down to time.

You have to time how long you leave your milk on the biscuits to determine the consistency.

 and you ALWAYS have it the same way.

and you would NEVER change

 People are so particular about how they have their weetabix consistancy they know EXACTLY how long to leave the milk on for, they even have personal timings.. the person below knows it takes the amount of time her brother runs down the stairs until it's perfect.

So we know you know exactly how you like it, and how to get it that way.

We just wanted to visualize people showing their weird ways of timing and testing that their weetabix is the perfect consistency in a humorous way. 
and to show they are proud of it.
we want to make people to think about how they eat theirs and their weird quirks.
So we just had a laugh.

We made an app 
you can use to time how long you keep your milk on your weetabix for, tests you can do to check its perfect, check to see what you are a cruncher etc.

We want it to look fun, bright, quirky - like the ways people time their bix

We want it to be a mix of photography and illustration.
